ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗವು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 1965 ರ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಸತ್ಯ ಹರಿಶ್ಚಂದ್ರ  ₹1 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ. 1995 ರ ಚಿತ್ರ ಓಂ  ₹10 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ.ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆ  ₹50 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ. ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ  ₹75 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ. ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್: ಚಾಪ್ಟರ್ 1 ₹100, ₹ 150, ₹200 ಮತ್ತು ₹ 250 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ.ಇದರ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಭಾಗ ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್: ಚಾಪ್ಟರ್ 2  ₹500, ₹750, ₹1000 ಮತ್ತು ₹1250 ಕೋಟಿ ದಾಟಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ.
