ಉಪಯೋಗಗಳು[ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ]

  1. ಸೋಡಿಯಂ ಬೈ ಕಾರ್ಬೋನೇಟ್‍ ಅನ್ನು ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸೋಡದ (ಬೇಕಿಂಗ್ ಪೌಡರ್) ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದೋಸೆ, ಇಡ್ಲಿ, ಬೋಂಡ ಮುಂತಾದುವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಿಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ವಿಭಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಇಂಗಾಲಾಮ್ಲ ಉತ್ಪತ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಉಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ಮೃದುವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಗರಿಗರಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
