ಹಾಂಗ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ (ಚೀನಿ: 香港), ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಹಾಂಗ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶ,[೫] ಚೀನ ದೇಶದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕಡಲ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರದೇಶ. ಉತ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೀನದ ಗುವಾಂಗ್ಡಾಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಜೊತೆ ಗಡಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಉಳಿದ ಮೂರು ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಚೀನ ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಆವ್ರತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ೬.೯ ದಶಲಕ್ಷ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ಸಾಂದ್ರತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ.[೬]
