ನೊಡ್ಯೂಲ್(ಔಷಧ)
ವೈದ್ಯವಿಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಗಂಟುಗಳು ಶಣ್ಣ ದೃಢವಾದ ಉಂಡೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ೧ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವ್ಯಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. [೧] [೨] ದ್ರವದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಚೀಲಗಳು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. [೨] ಚಿಕ್ಕದು (೦.೫ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸೆಂ) ಬೆಳೆದ ಮೃದು ಅಂಗಾಂಶದ ಉಬ್ಬುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಪೂಲ್ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಬಹುದು. [೩]
ಚರ್ಮದ ನೊಡ್ಯೂಲ್ಗಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನವು ಅದರ ನೋಟ, ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳ, ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿರುವ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಸುಳಿವುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳ ವಿವರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. [೪]
ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿನ ನೊಡ್ಯೂಲ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡರ್ಮಟೊಫಿಬ್ರೊಮಾ [೫] ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಯೋಜೆನಿಕ್ ಗ್ರ್ಯಾನುಲೋಮಾ ಸೇರಿವೆ. [೬] ಗಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ನಾಯುರಜ್ಜುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಂಟುಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ನೊಡ್ಯೂಲ್ಗಳು ರೂಪುಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು [೭] ಮತ್ತು ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಗಾಯನ ಹಗ್ಗಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇವು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತವೆ. [೮] ಅವು ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶ, [೯] ಅಥವಾ ಥೈರಾಯ್ಡ್, [೧೦] ನಂತಹ ಅಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ರುಮಟಾಯ್ಡ್ ಸಂಧಿವಾತದಂತಹ ಇತರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಚಿಹ್ನೆಯಾಗಿರಬಹುದು. [೧೧]
ಗುಣಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು[ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ]
ಗಂಟುಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ೧ ಸೆ.ಮಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ದೃಢವಾದ ಉಂಡೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಚರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಅಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತದೆ. [೧] [೨] ದ್ರವದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮೃದುವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚೀಲಗಳು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ. [೨] ಚಿಕ್ಕದು (೦.೫ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸೆಂ) ಬೆಳೆದ ಮೃದು ಅಂಗಾಂಶದ ಉಬ್ಬುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಪೂಲ್ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಬಹುದು. [೩]

ಚರ್ಮದ ಗಂಟುಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನವು ಅದರ ನೋಟ, ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳ, ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿರುವ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಸುಳಿವುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳ ವಿವರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. [೪]
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಎದೆಯ ಕ್ಷ-ಕಿರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟುಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೊರಗಿಡಲು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. [೯]
