ಗೋಂದಿ ಬಾಷೆಯು ಗೋಂದಿ ಜನರಿಂದ ಬಳಾಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಗುಜರಾತ್, ಆಂಧ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಚತ್ತೀಸ್ಗಢ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಪಕ್ಕದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೨೦ ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರಿಂದ ಬಳಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮಧ್ಯ ದ್ರಾವಿಡ ಭಾಷೆ – . ಇದು ಗೋಂದಿ ಜನರಿಂದ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೇವವ ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಇನ್ನೂ ಇದನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಗೋಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬರವಣಿಗೆಯ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಹೇರಳವಾದ ಮದುವೆಯ ಹಾಡು, ಕಥೆಗಳಂತಹ ಜನಪದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವಿದೆ.
