From his sitting posture, he seemed to be the leader of the other students, the mastermind behind this bullying case. The victim suffered humiliation as he was pulled in various directions, surrendering to the bullies. The bullies looked earnestly at the camera, indicating that this recording was intentional, possibly done for entertainment purposes or to boast about their actions.
In the past, due to the lack of attention given to campus violence issues, such behavior was relatively common among student groups and considered harmless playfulness. However, in recent years, awareness against campus violence has gradually increased, and many previously overlooked cases of school bullying have started to receive attention. School bullying can cause immense harm to the victims, affecting not only their physical and mental well-being but also potentially leading to a decline in academic performance. Therefore, more and more people are beginning to realize that action must be taken to stop this harmful behavior. According to informed sources, the incident occurred in Class 36 of the 2014 graduating class at Sucheng No.1 Middle School in Anhui Province (the students involved were in their second year of high school at the time).
