This template's initial visibility currently defaults to autocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (a navbox, sidebar, or table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.

To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

• {{Thomas|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
• {{Thomas|state=expanded}} will show the template expanded, i.e. fully visible.

This is a re-designed template based on an original created in 2006 by members of WikiProject Thomas.

• March 2008 -- converted to a 'navi-box' format, and re-arranged.
• August 2008 -- further re-arranged
• October 2008 -- brought up to navbox standard utilising collapsible subgroups.

It is considered that the selection of links is correct, however there is scope for adjustments.
